As the name suggests, this honey is created by bees that suggest nectar by the flowers of the homonymous plant. This honey is very dense, with amber color and intense perfume. The taste is persistent, particularly balsamic and not too sweet. It is rich in antioxidants and is therefore useful for preventing inflammatory phenomena. It has all the beneficial properties of the eucalyptus plant and it is therefore recommended in winter against seasonal disease, such as flu, sore throat and cough.
