The aged bittersweet seasoning di Saporare is produced from wine vinegar and cooked must from grapes grown on the Reggio Emilia hills, located in Emilia Romagna food valley.

It is 12 months aged in barrique at least and it doesn’t contain preservatives, thickeners, caramel and added sulphites; it has a taste tending to sour, characterized by a strong acidity, and perfectly accompanies fresh vegetables, dips, salads and cold dishes.

It can also accompany dishes that require a short cooking.
