This agricultural company is founded and located in the small mountain territory of the “Monchio delle Corti” municipality (Parma), within the Regional Park of the Valleys of Cedra and Parma (Park of the Cento Laghi) and bordering the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park. The company’s philosophy is based on the maximum respect for the land and nature, that’s why this jam is made only with natural and spontaneous forest products, obtained without man’s presence. This “naturalness” can be found in the authentic taste of the fruits, with intense and well-defined tastes and flavors.
This sauce contains one of the excellence of our territory: the porcino mushroom that also grows in the beech’s coppice, where the “Giustrela” company is located. The soft flavor of the mushrooms is well rendered, to bring us back with the mind to its typical perfume, characteristic of the woods in which it is born.
