Shipping

Standard shipping costs for Italy are €9.99 and free for purchases over €49
Standard shipping costs for other European countries are €14.99 and free for purchases over €70.

Payment

It will be possible to make payment through:

Payment by wire transfer is only available for the Pickup at the Warehouse mode. The Customer must make the transfer within 3 days from the date of the order. In case the payment does not occur within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.

You can request an invoice by selecting the appropriate box at the checkout in the” Billing information “section.

In this case, always remember to enter the company name, the VAT number and / or Tax Code and the Unique Sending Code (SDI) in the dedicated fields.

The invoice will be issued and sent in electronic format through the Exchange System managed by the Revenue Agency.

Attention: unfortunately it will not be possible to request an invoice at a later time, after completing the order. Therefore, we invite you to pay particular attention to the invoice request during the purchase phase.

Discount vouchers and gift vouchers are discount codes generated by the site or issued by the customer service following customer reports; the discount coupon cannot be combined.

The discount code must be entered in the cart at checkout.

Order

Add the products you prefer to your cart and continue to the checkout page.

Fill in the required fields (billing and shipping address, delivery preferences and payment method) and confirm your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email with all the details relating to your purchase.

Acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an email confirmation of the order itself containing the order number, shipping and billing information, the list of Products ordered with their essential characteristics and the total price, including delivery charges (art. 3)

You will be notified by email both at the order confirmation and when we will ship your package: we will therefore send you a tracking code through which you can track your order.

Registration on the site is not mandatory, you can also shop online as a guest user.

However, only by registering you will be able to take advantage of additional features such as: the ability to save preferred addresses and payment methods and access the section dedicated to the order history where you can also view the shipment tracking link.

We are very attentive to the quality and certification of our products. Of course! The gift package will be customized according to your instructions: we will insert a Saporare card with the recipient’s name written by hand, a special package and a courtesy copy of the invoice without the price of the products purchased. Remember to request it via the NOTES field when filling out the order!

Even if it happens very rarely it can happen that the product deteriorates during transport. In this case, the Customer must keep the defective package with the contents and send a photo to info@saporare.com: we will intervene immediately. Refunds or replacements cannot be made in the absence of the packaging.

What is blockchain certification of food products and how does it work? Tracing means mapping, checking, validating, guaranteeing the origin, handling, transformation of raw materials into finished products, with the aim of ensuring the transparency of the product chain and its traceability back to the final consumer. The blockchain is synonymous with guarantee and the consumer can consult all the information by scanning a simple QR-Code on the label.


Saporare Italian Food Boutique offers only Italian products guaranteed for quality and characteristics of excellence, selected and traced in a safe way. Precisely for this purpose we have created S | Trace ®, a webapp available to the various players in the supply chain.

S | Trace uses the blockchain to notarize events by making a timestamp of each step of the supply chain ensuring maximum transparency, from the production of raw materials to the arrival of the product to the consumer. An “immutable trace” and always verifiable of the history of the product that was created to be shared with the consumer and with the producers in a synergistic system of trust, transparency, knowledge and safety.

For the consumer it means having the guarantee of what he buys, for the producer it means being able to “tell” and protect his work. Using a speaking QR Code, inserted on the label, it will be possible to view the salient points of the production process with the attestation of documents and the storytelling of the product processing phases.
